Desigualdades sociales de los asalariados rurales: la generación como factor de desigualdad
Abstract
Se plantea el análisis comparativo de las condiciones sociales de los trabajadores rurales jóvenes y adultos, y de su posible relación con la configuración productiva del territorio rural en los últimos seis años. Debatir acerca de las transformaciones en la productividad, de la reestructuración del proceso capitalista y su impacto en los territorios rurales. Aparte de ello, la relevancia que adquiere el enfoque generacional para analizar los agentes que hacen a tal proceso de reestructuración. El mercado de trabajo sería un indicador, los datos indican una apropiación generacional diferencial en la construcción del bienestar, dado que la faja etaria juvenil se consolida como el grupo generacional que caracteriza a la pobreza estructural de los trabajadores asalariados rurales.Downloads
