Dualities in managerial and socio-political practices in land reform cooperatives connected with the Landless Workers’ Movement (MST)
Dualidade de práticas gerenciais e político-sociais em cooperativas de reforma agrária ligadas ao Movimento dos Trabalhadores Rurais Sem Terra (MST)
Abstract
No presente artigo buscou-se revelar as práticas gerenciais, sociais e políticas que ocorrem e se relacionam nas cooperativas sociais ligadas ao MST no Ceará. Para tanto, adotou-se a pesquisa quantitativa, utilizou-se a análise fatorial para reduzir a quantidade de fatores e a regressão linear múltipla para identificar a existência de relação causal entre as práticas gerenciais e políticas e os objetivos. Fez-se uso de uma amostra não probabilística por conveniência dos associados às cooperativas do Movimento dos Trabalhadores Rurais Sem Terra, totalizando 83 observações. A análise fatorial revelou a existência de quatro fatores relacionados às práticas gerenciais e político-sociais e um fator relacionado aos objetivos das cooperativas. A regressão múltipla evidenciou que apenas as práticas gerenciais tinham relação causal com estes objetivos das cooperativas.
