Persistência dos bens e espaços comuns na agricultura indigena na Bahia
Abstract
Este artigo busca evidenciar a persistência de sistemas de manejo dos espaços e bens comuns. Trazemos à tona, através de etnografias, algumas táticas que permeiam os sistemas agrícola dos Pankararé do semiarido e dos Pataxó do litoral baiano. A vivência em campo evidencia que persiste certa resistência diante de processos de privatização de espaços, bens e conhecimentos destes povos. A manutenção de formas neotradicionais de articular sistemas coletivos e familiares, com inserção ativa de novos saberes e institucionalidades permite maior flexibilidade aos comuns diante das pressões do Estado, do mercado e dos poderes locais. A persistência dos comuns pode ser vista nas formas de gerir o espaço, nas redes sociais de troca de plantas e nos trabalhos coletivos. Este trabalho é uma abordagem preliminar sobre o tema dos comuns no Nordeste Indígena.
