Regulação do sistema agroalimentar japonês
Abstract
Este artigo analisa o processo de regulação do sistema alimentar japonês. Defende que o modo de regulação da economia japonesa, nos últimos cinqüenta anos, é original se comparado com os modelos acidentais e que, naturalmente, o setor alimentar japonês reflete esta particularidade. O artigo estuda políticas publicas em relação ao sistema alimentar, institucionalizadas por meio de uma legislação nacional, implementada através de uma série de programas de modernização produtiva e de rendas agrícolas, aplicadas juntamente com o apoio de uma extensa rede de cooperativas agrícolas. Analisa o forte protecionismo que tem permitido a sobrevivência de uma produção agrícola nacional e a construção de um forte setor agroalimentar.Downloads
